Submission

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

The five types of contributions use an identical submission system available at http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=jisbd2012. In all cases, after selecting the type of contribution, the system will request about the authors, title, abstract, keywords, PDF file with the contribution and the most appropriate topics. The special considerations for each type of contribution are shown below.

1. REGULAR PAPERS

Regular papers can have a maximum of 14 pages in LNCS format (http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0 ) and can be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English. 2. EMERGING RESEARCH WORKS

Emerging research works should be a maximum of 6 pages in LNCS format (http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0) and can be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

3. TUTORIALS

Proposals should include:
  • Title of the tutorial.
  • Motivation, aims, relevance and potential audience.
  • Name, membership and brief biographies of the speakers.
  • Outline of contents with temporal estimation of the sections.
  • Materials to develop the tutorial.
  • Optionally the authors can attach part of the submission.

4. TOOL DEMONSTRATIONS

Proposals for tool demonstrations will have a maximum of 6 pages in LNCS format (http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0) and can be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English. Proposals should include:
  • Authors
  • Membership
  • Brief abstract
  • Requirements for the demonstration

5. RELEASE OF RELEVANT PUBLISHED PAPERS

The proposals for relevant published papers will have a maximum of 2 pages in LNCS format (http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0) in the final version and should be written in English.

In the version for review, the proposal can have up to 4 pages, and also must be provided for the publication:
  • Full reference: title, author, name of the conference or journal of publication, number, month and year of publication, pages, and DOI, if available.
  • Evidence of quality: all the appropriate information about the quality and relevance of the publication should be provided.
